Return policy

BROXBOX® takes quality seriously both in terms of our products and our service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Use the completed right of withdrawal form attached to the order confirmation and send it to info@broxbox.no . Customer will pay for the return.

 

For any damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately after receiving the product. We will pay for the return of the product for repair, send a new product or refund the money. Shipping is ordered by BROXBOX® by agreement with the customer.

 

If you have checked in advance, by email, whether your roof box is compatible with BROXBOX®, our price guarantee of 6 months also applies. The product is then assumed to have been examined within 6 months of receipt. Then we cover the return of the product and compensate with NOK 500 in addition to the purchase price for the inconvenience. Shipping is ordered by BROXBOX® by agreement with the customer.


To start the return processes, the following applies:

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted on goods purchased via BROXBOX®.no.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days (6 months) of the delivery date, in new condition, with the packing slip, in the original packaging and with all accessories included.
  • Free shipping: BROXBOX® will provide a prepaid Postnord/Bring return label for damaged products or covered by the price guarantee.
  • The ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal is covered by the customer.
  • Your credit card will be credited with the invoice price. Your credit will appear after BROXBOX® has received and processed your return through our returns procedure.
  • It may take 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process the returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.


Not eligible for return:

  • Discounted orders (exeption is opening offer of 2025 which is still included)

Instructions for return

Follow the 4 steps below to complete your return:

  1. Start a return at info@broxbox.no to get a return ID and prepaid shipping label (price guarantee or damaged item). When using the right of withdrawal form, the return is paid even with the desired shipping supplier.
  2. Pack the goods you are returning securely in the original shipping cartons with the original packaging and delivery note.
  3. Take the parcels to any Postnord or Bring delivery point (depending on shipping company).
  4. It may take 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process the returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card.
